Friendly customer care, parking on the premises. Queen studio with a stunning view. Fantastic friendly staff and stunning location just off local shops and restaurants and the beach of course, the main shopping area in Port Douglas, and a nice walking trail to an outlook nearby.

All the rooms are a nice size and fully-equipped with a kitchenette and the staff are hard-working. The location is absolutely wonderful and the best, 1 km from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina.

The unit we got was well-equipped with a balcony, carpeted etc, as for instance. This was a perfect location adjacent to the beach in one direction and the shops/restaurants in the other, a fountain of knowledge, and restaurants, shops, and the port for tours.

It made my trip to Port Douglas a very nice experience. It was clean, the staff was really friendly, plus the service was friendly. I enjoyed the location, which was marvellous and beautiful close to everything. Had excellent WiFi, a TV set and a beautiful balcony in my superior apartment. The views across sea were fabulous.

Fun retreat, I didn't want to leave.
Had best possible and quiet location in a perfect area. There was dessert restaurant Shakes Gelati bar, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

It was very comfortable & clean, close to beach & quiet, yet close to shops etc. Just had a facelift too so was fresh & modern.

It was just so close to everything, we had hired a car, but in actual fact didn't need it with ease of location. Rooms clean tidy, all being renovated so no problems at al.

The hotel had a central position right by the nearby supermarket, By the Sea because of previous reviews and the beach and the main shopping and restaurant area. Booked a room with stunning views of the beach.
